And it begins!!!

Hello,
I am creating this blog to keep track of my workout routine. I have decided to do the P90X program by Tony Horton which is a 90 day layout. Here I will blog about my daily workout and my progress along the way.
Here are my measurements at this time:

  • Weight - 205
  • Waste - 40.5
  • Hips - 47
  • Chest - 42
  • Arms - 15
  • Thighs - 28
  • Body Fat % - 36.34
This is where I would like to be:
  • Weight - 140
  • Waste - 26
  • Hip - 34
  • Chest - 36
  • Arms -12
  • Thighs -20
  • Body Fat % -23
