Todays workout was an hour and a half of Yoga X. I have never done yoga before but I know I don't want to do it again lol. I only made it through 45 minutes before I got a headache from being upside down lol. It was very relaxing when I wasn't dying lol.
I had to alter two or three moves because my body couldn't do it, yet! I am seeing a pattern with the days there are only one workout scheduled lol. They seem to be the mother of all workouts lol.
However I am glad to say I am showing a four pound drop on the scale already! I know you probably think I am crazy, I mean it's only been four days but hey..... well I may be crazy lol but its true :)
Tomorrows workout is Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X.

Yoga is a killer. At first. Many of my friends and even Tony himself have said that Yoga is the fountain of youth. I totally believe that! It's really hard at first, but once you get it, it really is refreshing! It relaxes your sore muscles and you work out your muscles without all the high impact jumping. It gets the blood flowing and releases all kinds of wonderful chemicals into your body "healing" it. So they say. Hang in there! Don't get discouraged. My best advice to you, is write down your goals. My goal is not to miss any workouts! So I have a calander and every day I "Bring it" I put a red X in the square. So even if the workout kicks me, and they really are killing me!, I still reached my goal and it's still rewarding. I'm here to help, you're not alone.
